Battery hardware that scales from pilot to production.

Battery enclosures, busbars, cell holders, cooling plates and BMS housings for energy storage programs. Our vetted vendor network runs copper and aluminum to ±0.001″ on critical features, material certs travel with every order, and one project manager plans the move from pilot builds to production.

How we review it

Your project manager and a technical lead review every print within 24 hours. For storage hardware we check busbar plating and conductivity callouts, weld distortion on large enclosures and gasket surfaces, then route the job to a shop sized for your pilot lot or production run.

Before it’s built

Storage programs move from a handful of enclosures to production fast, and features that are easy to machine once get expensive at volume. We flag where a weldment will distort, where a copper grade change affects conductivity, and when a machined part should move to sheet metal or molding.

Energy storage questions

Yes. Busbars are machined or formed from C101 or C110 copper and plated in tin, nickel or silver to your callout. Plating certs ship with the order, and conductivity or hardness reports are available when your drawing calls for them.

Weld distortion is one of the first things we check in drawing review. We flag weldments likely to move, confirm gasket surface requirements and route the job to a fabricator with experience holding flatness on large enclosures.

Yes. Many programs start with a few enclosures or busbars for a pilot build. At quote we flag features that get expensive at volume, such as machined parts that should move to sheet metal or molding, and line up shops with capacity for the next step.

Yes. Cell holders and connector bodies are molded in flame-rated and engineering resins through injection molding partners in our network. Specify the resin and rating on your print and we’ll confirm availability during quoting.

Material and plating certifications ship with every order. First article inspection is available on request. List any additional requirements with your RFQ.

A STEP file and 2D print, material and finish, quantities and timing, and plating, gasket and documentation requirements. Missing something? Send what you have and we’ll ask for the rest.

What makes us different

DFM review before anything runs.

Every drawing reviewed before sourcing. Rework in Inconel costs ten times what it costs in aluminum.

One contact. Full accountability.

One PM from first drawing review through final delivery. No handoffs. No surprises.

Parts inspected before shipment.

Full traceability on every part. Chain of custody from raw stock through outgoing inspection.

The right shop, not the cheapest quote.

Every supplier qualified against AS9100 requirements. Machinists selected for experience in hard material.
