Aerospace programs don’t have room for supplier guesswork.

We review your drawings before manufacturing starts. DFM flags are caught before a cut is made. Every vendor is vetted for aerospace tolerances.

One contact owns your job from RFQ to delivery. No handoffs. No portals. No surprises.

Why aerospace programs choose Precision Expedited.

One Point of Contact

One person owns your job from RFQ to delivery. They know your AVL requirements, your documentation, and your timeline. No handoffs. No re-explaining your specs.

Proactive Communication

Every drawing is reviewed before it goes to a supplier. DFM flags, tolerance risk, material callouts. Issues caught on paper. Not after the tool is cut.

Vetted Supplier Network

We work within aerospace’s strictest quality requirements. Vetted suppliers, documented processes, full traceability. Every part inspected at our San Clemente facility before it ships.

US-Based Team

Your contact works in your time zone and answers when you call. Schedule pressure doesn’t wait. Neither do we.

Proof is in the parts.

Simple front end. Controlled execution behind it.

01

Send Your RFQ

Every quote starts with a drawing review. Real number back within 24 hours. DFM flags and tolerance risk called out before anything goes to a supplier.

02

We Manage the Details

We match your job to AS9100-compliant suppliers, coordinate sourcing and production, and keep documentation requirements in scope from the start. You don’t manage the vendors. We do.

03

We Inspect and Deliver

Every part comes back to San Clemente before it ships. Inspected to drawing. Documented. Delivered on spec and on time.

Aerospace Industry FAQs

Precision Expedited is AS9100D compliant and ITAR registered. Our vendor network consists of AS9100D-registered manufacturing partners. We provide full quality documentation chains with every aerospace order including material certifications and inspection records. Unlike online quoting platforms that auto-route jobs to unvetted shops, every vendor in our network is screened for aerospace-grade quality documentation before we put your work in front of them.

We routinely hold tolerances to ±0.001″ across 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining. For tighter GD&T requirements, share your 2D print and we’ll review it during the quoting process. Our engineer review step specifically flags tolerance feasibility before production starts.

We are ITAR registered. ITAR-controlled projects are handled through our compliant workflow — work is routed only to vetted, ITAR-registered domestic vendors. Documentation is maintained throughout. If you have ITAR requirements, note them with your RFQ and we’ll confirm compliance before quoting.

Yes. We support one-offs through full production runs with the same engineer review and quality inspection at every stage. Many of our aerospace customers start with a single prototype and transition the program to bridge production and volume manufacturing through the same contact.

Aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024), titanium (Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel, steel alloys, stainless steel, PEEK, and other high-performance polymers. Specify your material and callout on your print and we’ll confirm availability during quoting.

Platforms like Xometry match your job to whoever’s available. Protolabs is built for speed on simpler parts. We’re built for complex, tight-tolerance work where someone needs to actually read your drawing before it goes to the floor. One contact. Vetted vendors. Engineer review. That’s the difference.
