Switchgear, inverter, and busbar hardware to print.
Switchgear enclosures, inverter and converter housings, busbars and heat sinks for power distribution and conversion programs. We source sheet metal, CNC machining, injection molding and finishing through a vetted vendor network, with copper plated to spec and enclosures cut, formed, welded and coated to print. One project manager owns the job from prototype to production.
How we review it
Your project manager and a technical lead review every print within 24 hours. For distribution and conversion hardware we check plating and conductivity callouts, insulator features on molded parts, flatness on mating surfaces, and weld distortion on large enclosures.

Before it’s built
Distribution hardware often mixes sheet metal, copper and molded parts in one assembly, and problems show up where they meet. We check bend reliefs and hardware callouts on enclosures, plating thickness on conductors, and whether a machined busbar should be stamped or formed at volume.
Power distribution questions
Yes. Busbars are machined or formed from C101 or C110 copper and plated in tin, nickel or silver to your callout, with plating certs on every order.
It depends on volume. Machining makes sense for prototypes and low quantities, and stamping or forming usually wins at production rates. We flag that crossover at quote.
Yes. Enclosures and cabinets are cut, formed, welded and powder coated to print. We check bend reliefs, hardware callouts and weld distortion before the job goes out.
Yes. Insulators and connector bodies are molded through partners in our network. We review insulator features and resin callouts during drawing review.
Material and plating certifications ship with every order, and first article inspection is available on request.
