Engine components in the alloys that fight back.
Brackets, fittings, manifolds, housings and heat-exposed hardware for turbine, rocket and hybrid-electric propulsion programs. We source 5-axis machining, turning, DMLS, heat treat and finishing through a vetted network of AS9100D compliant vendors that run titanium and Inconel every day. One project manager owns your job from RFQ to delivery, with certs and inspection records attached.
How we review it
Your project manager and a technical lead review every print within 24 hours. In high-temperature alloys we confirm the heat treat and finish sequence, check that callouts are achievable in the material, and route the part to a shop with nickel alloy experience and 5-axis capacity open now.

Before it’s built
Propulsion parts get expensive fast when the sequence is wrong. We check which features should be finished after heat treat, whether thin walls in Inconel will hold size, which internal passages belong in additive instead of cross-drilled, and whether your finish spec requires an approved processor.
Propulsion component questions
Yes. Propulsion work goes to AS9100D compliant shops in our network that run Inconel 625, Inconel 718 and Ti-6Al-4V every day, with 5-axis capacity matched to the part.
We confirm the heat treat and finish sequence during drawing review, including which features should be finished after heat treat so they hold size. Heat treat certs ship with the order.
Yes. Housings and covers can be machined from billet or from castings you supply. Note it with your RFQ and we’ll confirm datums and stock allowance before quoting.
Internal passages that need several cross-drilled holes and plugs are often better as DMLS Inconel. We flag that during review and tell you what the change does to cost and lead time.
Some propulsion finish and heat treat specs require an approved source. We check your callouts before a vendor is selected and route the job to a processor that meets them.
