Cooling hardware sized for rack-scale rollout.

Cold plates, manifolds, fittings, CDU and rack hardware, busbars and enclosures for data center and liquid cooling programs. Our vetted vendor network machines copper and aluminum to ±0.001″ on sealing surfaces, and one project manager plans the build from the first prototype to fleet volume.

How we review it

Your project manager and a technical lead review every print within 24 hours. For cooling hardware we check flatness and finish on sealing faces, internal channel geometry and leak-test requirements, then route the job to a shop sized for your pilot racks or your rollout.

Before it’s built

Cooling hardware is built once and installed thousands of times, so leak paths and flatness callouts matter at volume. We check O-ring gland dimensions, plating on wetted copper surfaces, and channel designs that will cost too much to machine at rollout quantities.

Liquid cooling questions

Yes. Cold plates are machined in C101 and C110 copper or 6061 aluminum through shops in our vetted network, with sealing surfaces held to ±0.001″. We review internal channel geometry and flatness callouts before the job goes out.

We check O-ring gland dimensions, sealing face finish and your leak-test requirements during drawing review, and route the job to a shop with experience in leak-critical parts. List any pressure or leak testing with your RFQ so it’s priced from the start.

It depends on your coolant and system materials. We flag plating callouts on wetted copper surfaces at quote so you can confirm them before parts are made. Nickel plating and passivation are both available.

Yes. The same project manager plans the build from the first prototype to fleet volume. At quote we flag channel designs and features that will cost too much to machine at rollout quantities.

Yes. Brackets, panels, frames, rails and enclosures come through the same program, so the machined cooling parts and the sheet metal around them ship from one contact.

What makes us different

DFM review before anything runs.

Every drawing reviewed before sourcing. Rework in Inconel costs ten times what it costs in aluminum.

One contact. Full accountability.

One PM from first drawing review through final delivery. No handoffs. No surprises.

Parts inspected before shipment.

Full traceability on every part. Chain of custody from raw stock through outgoing inspection.

The right shop, not the cheapest quote.

Every supplier qualified against AS9100 requirements. Machinists selected for experience in hard material.
