Diagnostic equipment parts, from first unit to fleet.

Chassis, enclosures, brackets, fluidic manifolds, optical mounts and harnesses for diagnostic instruments and lab equipment. We source sheet metal, CNC machining, injection molding, finishing and electromechanical assembly through a vetted vendor network. One project manager runs metal, molded and wired parts as one program with one ship date, documented for your quality file.

How we review it

Your project manager and a technical lead review every print within 24 hours. For instrument builds we check fits between chassis, covers and internal mounts, cosmetic finish and color standards, and manifold sealing surfaces, then match each part to a shop sized for your build rate.

Quality + Compliance

ISO 13485 Compliant · AS9100D Compliant · ISO 9001:2015 · Material certs every order · FAI on request

Before it’s built

Diagnostic instruments get judged on cosmetics as much as function. We flag color and finish standards that need a callout, manifold flatness tighter than the material will hold, and covers that should move from sheet metal to molding at your next build quantity.

Diagnostic equipment questions

Yes. Manifolds are machined in acrylic, PEEK, Delrin and aluminum. We check sealing surfaces and flatness callouts against what the material will hold during drawing review.

Color, finish and cosmetic standards are set at quote and inspected against on every build. We flag any standard that needs a callout on the print.

Yes. Chassis, molded covers, harnesses and electromechanical sub-assemblies run as one program with one project manager and one ship date.

Usually as build quantities grow. We flag that crossover at quote so tooling can be planned ahead of your next build.

Precision Expedited is ISO 13485 compliant, and our vendor network includes manufacturing partners operating under ISO 13485. Programs that require a certified source go to one. Note the requirement with your RFQ.

What makes us different

DFM review before anything runs.

Every drawing reviewed before sourcing. Rework in Inconel costs ten times what it costs in aluminum.

One contact. Full accountability.

One PM from first drawing review through final delivery. No handoffs. No surprises.

Parts inspected before shipment.

Full traceability on every part. Chain of custody from raw stock through outgoing inspection.

The right shop, not the cheapest quote.

Every supplier qualified against AS9100 requirements. Machinists selected for experience in hard material.
