Choose the resin.

Then send the job.

Resin drives tool steel, cycle time, shrink and what tolerances are realistic. Pick for the job first, then tell us what matters most. Here are the resins we mold most, and what a quote needs from you.

How we match resin

We route each tool to the molder in our vetted network best equipped for that resin and volume, so you get one quote and one point of contact. Your project manager confirms resin, tooling and lead time before the quote goes out.

Injection molding materials

Don’t see yours? Ask. The network covers far more.

Material
Where it fits.
ABS
Economical housings + enclosures.
Polycarbonate
Impact resistance, clear parts.
Polypropylene
Living hinges, chemical resistance.
Nylon 6 + 66
Strength. Glass-filled for stiffness.
POM (Delrin)
Dimensional stability + wear.
PEEK
Heat, chemicals + high loads.
TPE/TPU
Overmolds, seals + grips.

What to send

Everything a molding quote needs.

STEP file + print
Model for geometry. Print for tolerances.
Resin + color
Grade, fill, color, texture spec.
Annual volume
Drives aluminum vs. steel tooling.
Cosmetic faces
Where gates + ejectors can’t go.
Documentation
Material certs, FAI, ITAR requirements.

Missing something?

Send what you have. We’ll ask for the rest. One project manager owns the program from tooling through production, so resin, finish and volume questions get settled before the tool is cut.

Injection molding materials questions

ABS is the economical default for housings and enclosures. It molds easily and takes paint and texture well. Move to polycarbonate when the part needs higher impact strength, heat resistance or clarity.

When the part needs more stiffness, strength or dimensional stability than the base resin gives. Glass fill wears the tool faster and changes how the part shrinks, so we factor it into tool steel and gating at quote.

Ask. These are the resins we mold most, and the network covers far more. Your project manager confirms the resin fits the part and the tool before the quote goes out.

A STEP file and a print, the resin grade and color, annual volume, the cosmetic faces where gates and ejectors can’t go, and any certification, FAI or ITAR requirements. Send what you have and we’ll ask for the rest.

What makes us different

DFM review before the tool is cut.

Every part reviewed before tooling starts, with the resin matched to the part and the volume.

One contact. Full accountability.

One PM from first drawing review through final delivery. No handoffs. No surprises.

Parts inspected before shipment.

Full traceability on every part. Chain of custody from raw stock through outgoing inspection.

The right shop, not the cheapest quote.

Molders matched to your resin, volume and cosmetic standard, with the tooling to run it.
